To make a refund or exchange, write to us at eshop@igorgulyaev.com. Upon return, you must provide a receipt, invoice, packaging materials, accessories and all factory tags.
Refunds are made to the card within 1 to 30 business days, depending on the processing speed of the transaction by your bank, minus the amount paid for shipping, when placing the order.
The rules for the exchange and return of goods are regulated by:
- Federal Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" dated February 07, 1992 No. 2300-1, Article 26.1. Remote method of selling goods.
- Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation "On approval of the rules for the sale of goods remotely" dated September 27, 2007 No. 612
- By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 55 dated January 19, 1998, "The list of non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors or configurations."
